Head black belt instructor, Morgan Patnode, will be performing a no gi grappling seminar at Fuxboxe MMA in Westminster, CO May 2, 2015. Mile High Gracie Jiu-Jitsu will be closed that Saturday morning to allow our students to attend this seminar in lieu of our standard Saturday morning class.

What to bring
No Gi attire:
- Rash guard-style top – short or long sleeve. (T-Shirt will work)
- MMA/Grappling shorts, boardshorts or athletic shorts.
- Water Bottle (optional).
